Returns

Change of Mind:
If, for any reason, you change your mind about your product purchase, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase. To qualify for a refund or exchange, please ensure that the product is in its original condition, unused, and with all packaging and tags intact. Simply contact us at hello@loomiwellnessco.com to initiate the return process. Please note that the cost of return shipping for change of mind returns will be the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty/Damaged Products:
We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. We offer a full refund or exchange for faulty products within 14 days of purchase. In such cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Refund Process:
Once we receive the returned product and it meets our return policy criteria, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to be credited back to your account. In case of an exchange, we will ship the replacement item as soon as the return is processed.
